This website embodies the information and research that I focused on in my final project of the study of the Graphics Interchange Format (GIF). Included in this website is a timeline and a Prezi presentation. The timeline follows the GIF through its history and evolution, such as the events that led up to its creation and future prospects of the GIF. The Prezi explains everything else that could not fit chronologically in the timeline, such as the specifications and uses of the format. The timeline allows viewers to see the reason why the GIF was created, how it functions, and how it is changing. The Prezi highlights many of the important features of the GIF, elaborating on those functions and emphasizing the significance of the GIF.
